Beautiful Gifts

I Love being a Mommy!! There are some moments that I close my door, crawl under the covers, and contemplate selling my kids, but the love never turns off.

I am so very blessed with 3 beautiful babies.

My Weseley is 6 and about to finish kindergarten. Time truly flies. He is such a sweet-heart and shares my love of learning.

Patrik, aka Tiko, is 4 (almost 5). He is strong-willed and quite stubborn. He is funny and tender-hearted.

Raia Jade. She is the baby. I was in shock that we were really having a girl. Even in labor I worried that all the ultra sounds had been wrong (she is the first girl in 25 years within Justin's immediate family). She is a diva princess and she knows it.

I remember how 'prepared' I was for my first. Had every nifty trinket they had at the time, I'm pretty sure. And since there was just him and I, I had plenty of time to sit and rock him and sing to him. I am often sadden by the fact that I didn't have that same 'time' with the 2nd and 3rd. I try and make up for it now though. :)

I would sing this song over and over to Weseley. And then to Patrik. And adapted it to Raia. I love Celine Dion's voice, making her cover of this John Lenon song a favorite lullaby of mine. I couldn't find and actual music video by her, so this is someone's recording of a live performance, but you can still hear the beautiful lyrics.
